Lovely mountain views and superb service!
The buffet breakfast had an immense variety of delicious options, and the dining experience was elevated with exquisite evening meals. The staff were great too ensure every moment was enjoyable. My only minor feedback would be to enhance the personalization in the service, as it felt a bit standard at times.

Check in and check out, very fast and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a little bit off the hustle and bustle in the middle of the forest at an altitude of about 1300m, to enjoy pure relaxation from everyday stress. The small town of Telfs is only a few minutes away by car to cover errands or errands for everyday needs. Worth seeing cities like Innsbruck, Seefeld and Garmisch are reachable in about 30-45 minutes by car. Hiking trails are located directly at the hotel. The breakfast and the multi-course menu in the evening offers everything your heart desires. The cleanliness and service in the entire hotel, especially in the SPA area and the outdoor facilities speak for themselves! Worth mentioning is also the live music every evening in the cosy ambience of the hotel bar, which rounds off the day in a correspondingly atmospheric way and lets the evening come to an end.
Only a small downer for me: "Unfortunately, the SPA area is "only" open until 20:00 o'clock. 1-2 hours longer would be desirable, in order to be able to relax a little if necessary, e.g. after a late return from undertakings to the hotel or also after dinner.

The entrance to the hotel is special (you have to park by yourself); at the reception on the 1st floor, one is immediately top attended. The breakfast is excellent. We were apparently upgraded, we cannot understand this, but we had a very nice room with a balcony with a view to the front.
We took the apero in Café Wien outside. There was no card on the table. The Fräulein came and brought no card, had to get it first. The drinks were served heartlessly: no "beer mats" or paper napkins and no snacks, not even a peanut or olive or two-three chips. In addition, we were charged 3 drinks additionally which we did not take, the room number was not written completely correctly, the signature was not ours. Unfortunately I did not check all receipts exactly at the check-out. My mail remains until today, 7 days later, without answer. I sent the original receipt by mail. It's a pity, we pass the village at least 4 - 6 times a year (Hungary and Italy trips). The location is top.

We just spent three nights in a lovely double room, and the spa facilities were amazing, especially the heated pool and soothing massages. The only hiccup was that the salad bar seemed a bit simpler than last year, but seriously, the food overall was still top-notch! If you get a chance, definitely check out their wellness center for some serious R&R. 🌟

Lovely stay with amazing views!
Just wow! The views from my Panorama Suite were seriously amazing. Breakfast was a total delight with fresh breads and local cheeses. I loved lounging by the giant pool and the sauna was a perfect chill-out spot. Only thing? It got a bit noisy when events were happening. But that didn't really ruin the vibe.

Fine mountain views, great spa, and a huge pool. Only downside was the long wait times at the bar. Easy access to hiking trails and other outdoor activities made my stay enjoyable.

luxurious stay with minor dining concerns
The room was immaculate, showcasing amazing views of the mountains. The six-course degustation dinner was really good, delighting our palate with each dish. The outdoor heated pool and saunas provided an idyllic retreat after a long day. The attention to detail in the room's furnishings.
More seating options in dining areas could enhance the dining experience.
